2. Tool Usage & Disclaimers

Our tools are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 100% accuracy in document processing, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The precise output quality of converted or edited files;
• Complete compatibility with every document variant;
• Permanent availability of the tool for free usage.

No Data Liability: Since processing is client-side, we never have access to your files. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original documents. We are not liable for any data loss occurring during processing.

3. Pro Subscriptions & Payments

If you choose to purchase a Pro subscription:

• Payments: All payments are processed through secure gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, PhonePe, or Cashfree). By purchasing, you agree to the terms of these third-party processors.
• Billing: You will be billed according to the plan selected (Monthly/Yearly/One-time).
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if you have used the Pro features, refunds may not be available.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall NoMoreUploads, its operators, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our tools for any illegal purposes, including the processing of copyrighted material without authorization or the creation of fraudulent documents.

NoMoreUploads is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads on our website. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google's Ad Settings.
• Ad revenue enables us to keep our tools free for all users.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
